Our engineering team faced a real challenge: How do you create a self-serve ice cream system that’s nearly maintenance-free, yet delivers a seamless user experience?

The result is an intuitive system that works in seconds. Customers simply place a cup in the dispenser, load a pod from the freezer case, and watch as the machine automatically dispenses the ice cream at the ideal texture and temperature, and neatly disposes of the recyclable pod — all without spills or cleanup.

The Nottingham Spirk team worked with Polar Delight’s dairy partner to develop and implement a pod-filling line, ensuring maximum efficiency.
